Cool it down to room temperature, and then freeze it in a freezer-safe ziplock bag for up to 2- 3 months. Just reheat in the oven or microwave before serving for a hot bean dip, although you can eat it cold too. But If you have leftovers, store them in the fridge for 4-5 days in an airtight container.
